We Respect Your Right To Privacy And Will Protect It When You Visit our Website.

This site is designed to be used by all parties having an interest in our Chapter.  This includes both members and non members.

We do not collect personal information about you when you visit our site unless you choose to provide such information. Any contact information that you provide will be solely used to respond to your request and not stored unless that information is required for an ongoing relationship.

At their election, our Board of Directors may choose to make a membership directory available online. This Membership Directory is ONLY available to members who are logged into their account. choose to make your personal information (address, telephone and email) available in the Membership Directory. Under no circumstances is any member information available to non-members.

Also at their election, our Board of Directors may choose to make members' personal information available for view in the Membership Directory.

If our Board of Directors elects to include personal information in our Membership Directory, you still have the ability to suppress your own personal information from the membership directory.  To do so, log on to your account page, click to update your registration, and check "YES" to suppress your personal information.

This and other user-defined features are available on your account page.

We do not share any member information with any third parties.

We do not track your website activity while visiting our website.

Our website only uses cookies for allowing member login, remembering news stories that you have read, membership logins and processing online orders.

Our Board of Directors may elect to take credit card orders (via their PayPal Account) for events, donations and/or merchandise.  Both Credit and Debit Cards are accepted.  No PayPal membership is required.  You may elect to make payments by mail or cash.

All online transactions, regardless of the payment method, are recorded for our record keeping purposes.  Your individual transactions are viewable from your Account Page.
